The XYZR Axis Precision Fine Tuning Cross Slide 60x60mm is a 4-axis positioning platform designed for ultra-precise micro-adjustments in the X, Y, Z, and rotational (R) axes. Unlike standard platforms, this model features a full 360-degree rotating base, allowing you to not only raise or align a part with micrometer accuracy, but also rotate it smoothly for multi-angle work without repositioning.

This added rotation function is especially valuable for applications that require continuous tool access from different angles. For example, in our experience, many customers use this platform for engraving or drilling cylindrical or curved parts, such as custom pen blanks, small pipes, or jewelry components. The ability to rotate the part during setup or between steps drastically reduces repositioning time and increases accuracy.

Underneath, a mounting plate can be securely attached, while the top surface is compatible with precision vises for clamping small or delicate parts.
